Tower of London, Kensington Palace and Hampton Court Palace to slash prices by half for 1 week

National Lottery ticket holders can enjoy 50 per cent off entry to London’s most famous World Heritage Site, the Tower of London, plus other royal palaces, in a deal promoted during National Lottery Open Week from March 15 to 23. Inside the fabled tower, guests will be able get up close to the Crown Jewels, view the arms and armour in the White Tower and watch the yeoman warders as they go about their daily tasks, with the ever-present ravens.

Alternatively, sightseers can make use of the same deal to explore Queen Victoria’s childhood home at Kensington Palace or Henry VIII’s stomping ground at Hampton Court. The offer also allows families to get 50 per cent off on up to two adult and four child tickets during National Lottery ticket.

Users must have a valid lottery ticket with them at the time of their visit. To book the deal online, select ‘National Lottery Open Week’ adult or child tickets. Users must then pick a date within the Open week from March 15 to 23, and then enter the promo code LOTTERY50 at checkout to apply the discount.

The option for the promo code will appear on the right-side of the checkout page, opposite the entry section for the user’s personal details. The deal will also apply to other Historic Royal Palaces, including Kensington Palace and Hampton Court.

After purchasing online, visitors must collect their tickets from the ticket office after providing evidence of a National Lottery ticket or scratch card, either digitally or a hard copy.

A National Lottery spokesman said: “During Open Week 2025 you’ll be able to get free entry, discounts and special offers at all sorts of attractions across the UK. From historic houses and castles to museums and art galleries, sporting venues and wildlife hotspots, there’s an Open Week 2025 attraction for everyone.

“Many of the places taking part have been supported by The National Lottery. Indeed, Open Week 2025 is our way of thanking you, our players, for the £30 million you help raise for good causes every week.”
